I accept and commit to comply with the following matters in my use of Brick Wall’s THE AXE THROWING BAR service (hereinafter, “the Service”).
- [1]I pledge that I am free from injury, illness, or any other health problems.
- [2]I understand that using the Service may cause psychological stress or result in contact accidents. If I am harmed by another user, I will pursue that user for legal responsibility (including liability for damages; the same applies hereafter) and accept that no legal responsibility arises for the Company. If I harm another user, I will bear that responsibility myself and will not ask the Company to share it. If I am harmed by a defect in the installation or maintenance of the Company’s physical facilities, I accept that no legal responsibility arises for the Company, except where such facility management is found to have been neglected through willful misconduct or gross negligence. I entrust first-aid measures in the event of injury to the Company’s judgment.
- [3]I commit to act in accordance with the Company’s instructions while using the Service. If I do not follow them and measures are taken to suspend my use of the Service, such as being asked to leave, I will not demand a refund or raise any objection.
- [4]I will manage my valuables and other belongings myself. Unless there is willful misconduct or gross negligence in facility management, I accept that no legal responsibility arises for the Company for theft or loss.
- [5]I consent to the personal information I provide being used for the Company’s promotional activities, service improvement, event and participation notices, and other communications necessary for business operations.
- [6]I understand that the Service is, after all, only a game; that engaging in similar acts in real society constitutes a crime; and that I cannot shift responsibility to the Service if I do so.
