Child Safety Standards

BrickWall Inc. (the “Company”) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)on AXE THROW HUB (the “Service”). This page publishes our child safety standards and how we enforce them.
1. Prohibited conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on the Service and are acted on under applicable law and our Terms.
- Posting, sharing, storing or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Posting images, video, text or other content that sexualises or suggests the sexualisation of a child
- Sexual solicitation of a child, including grooming or attempts at sexual conversation
- Exchanging contact details or arranging to meet a child for the purpose of sexual exploitation
- Any conduct that facilitates trafficking or sexual exploitation of children
- Directing users to third-party services or content that fall under the above
2. How to report
The Service provides an in-app mechanism to report problematic posts and users. If you find content that concerns child safety, please use any of the following.
- Report in the app or on the site: choose “Report” from the user’s profile or from the post. You can also block the user.

If the matter is urgent or you believe a child is in danger, please also contact the police (110 in Japan) or your nearest police station in addition to contacting us.
3. What happens after a report
- Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
- Where we determine the content constitutes CSAE, we remove the content and suspend the account immediately. Re-registration is not permitted.
- As required by law, we report to law enforcement and preserve evidence, retaining the related records for as long as necessary for that purpose.
- We do not disclose the reporter’s information beyond what is necessary to handle the report.
4. Age
The Service covers axe throwing scores, tournaments and community, and is not intended for sexual content.
- Our venues have no minimum age, but guests of junior-high-school age or younger must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Where we detect inappropriate interaction involving a child, including where a user turns out to be a child, we act under sections 2 and 3 above.
- Enquiries from guardians are accepted at the same point of contact.
5. Applicable law
We comply with the following laws of Japan and other applicable laws.
- Act on Regulation and Punishment of Acts Relating to Child Prostitution and Child Pornography, and the Protection of Children
- Child Welfare Act
- Act on Regulation of Solicitation of Children by Use of Internet Dating Services
- Act on the Protection of Personal Information
